Ingredients:

1 cup rice flour

1/2 cup grated coconut

Water, as needed

(approximately 1/2 to 3/4

cup) Salt, to taste

Instructions:

Prepare the Rice Flour Mixture:In a bowl, take the rice flour. Make sure the rice flour is fine and without any lumps. Add salt to the rice flour and mix well.Slowly add water little by little and mix with your fingers to form a crumbly mixture. Be careful not to add too much water; the mixture should be moist but not soggy.

The consistency should be such that when you take a handful of the flour mixture and press it in your fist, it should hold its shape but crumble easily when you release your grip.
